Returns & Cancellations

1.1 CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please CONTACT US including original invoice number and reason for cancellation and you will be issued with a full refund assuming goods have not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to follow the Returns procedure below. Orders can only be cancelled on stock items, specials cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

1.2 RETURNS

If you need to return any items please CONTACT US within 28 days ensuring that you include the original invoice number and reason for return. We will supply you with a returns number and issue you a returns form which will need to be completed and returned with the goods. All returned goods must be returned in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

1.3 UNWANTED ITEMS

If an item is not required then you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. They must be returned unopened in original packaging. Delivery will not be refunded on unwanted items.

1.4 INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is damaged or faulty or you have been incorrectly supplied items not ordered you must notify us within 24 hrs of receipt of goods. We will refund any delivery charges paid on original order.
